This week has been sort of a maintaining week. The weather has been cool and rainy (well, cool by my standards ), so I've just been focused on making sure I'm eating healthy and walking when it's not too gross outside. I've started doing a little bit of meditation throughout the day. I probably should pick a set time and do it, but I've been using it when I feel my stress rising and it's seemed to help. And it's super simple. Inhale for x counts (I usually do 3), and exhale for 2x counts (I do 6).
