How was last week for everyone?
Mine went pretty well. I missed a workout, but it was due to a migraine. I've finally learned that when I get one, I need to rest and take it easy. For all of those who also get migraines, have you tried drinking gatorade during it? It's not like a magic bullet for me, but it seems to help make it a bit more bearable.
My goals for the week are to keep up with my workouts and to keep trying to fix my gut.
