Oops! Looks like a long holiday weekend makes us forget our healthy habits!
I had a decent week with getting in most of my workouts. The pool was closed, so no swims.
Food is okay but not great. I did well with fruits and veggies for the most part, but a couple days not so fab. Wine was too much. Something to work on.
I seem to be staying up those couple pounds and just need to wrap my head around this new normal while I'm tri training. That is the hardest healthy habit for me right there!
This week I'm beginning bricks every week in my training (biking and then running immediately afterwards so your legs get used to the feeling). I had done a random one here or there but now it's time to get regular with them.
