Hi everyone. How was last week for you?
Mine was a little crazy. I worked my first graduation with my new position, but I think it went really well. DF also graduated, so I was busy getting him ready and entertaining his family who came up to see us. So I missed a couple of workouts. And my eating wasn't as good as it could have been because everyone wanted to go out for lunch and dinner. But, if this is biggets problem I face, I'm doing pretty good.
This week my goal is to get my 10,000 steps everyday. I finally bought a fitbit, so that's what I'm going to use to measure my steps and hold myself accountable. I also need to get back to eating right, but I think that one will be pretty easy.
