Hi everyone. How was last week for you?
Mine went pretty well. I feel like my balance has been improving, which is great since I'm normally pretty klutzy. Has anyone tried anything from Enzymedica? I've head really good things about their Digest Spectrum, which is suppose to help with food intolerances.
My goals for this week are to include yoga in with my daily workout and to take a few more extra walks in the evening now that the weather is getting warmer.
