Hi everyone. How was your week?

Mine went pretty well. I poked around a little bit and found a stairwell that does not set off alarms when you try to use it. I think it'll be good for days when I can't go for a walk during my lunch hour.

My goals for this week are to keep up on doing what I've been doing. I didn't do as well cutting back on soft drinks, but if I can remember to bring my mug to work everyday, I should be able to avoid them. I've had a couple of friends comment that my body shape is changing. While that wasn't the goal, it's nice to hear.
