Hi everyone! How was your week?
It's harvest time here, so that's going to be my main form of exercising. I get the added bonus of muddy fields, which will add some strength training in there. Our soils down here have a lot of sticky clay, which can cause you to walk out a fields a few pounds heavier and a few inches taller.
I'm also going to put more practice into my mindfullness mediation this week. I've also got my follow-up appointment with my neurologist to see what can be done about the migraines. Fingers crossed we can do something!
