Hi everyone! Before I get started, I have a favor to ask. I've been super busy the past few weeks and am having a bit of trouble getting this posted started every week. Would anyone be willing to take this over for me?

How was you're week? My week was pretty good. I was sick Monday and Tuesday, but I was able to get 9-10,000 steps in on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I feel like I did very well food wise until this weekend when we were visiting family. But, one bad weekend doesn't completely undo everything.

My goal this week is to find a new relaxing yoga routine. After that, it's maintaining 9-10,000 steps a day and eating healthy.
