Hi everyone! How was your week?

I only got 1 workout in this week. But my super crazy schedule is done! In all honesty, I have no idea how physicians and other medical professionals live their schedules. I have a new respect for y'all.

Since the crazyiness is done, my goal is to do my Wii workout 3 times this week and to do 3 free weight workouts. I (and my BF) are also only going to eat out once. I'm crossing my fingers that this week will be great.
