I hope y'all had a very happy new year! What are your goals for this week?
I did get a little behind in my workouts this week, but it was because I've been battling some sort of stomach thing. Hopefully it's finally done and I can get back at it. I'm trying to figure out how to get my walking in outside, but it's suppose to be super cold this week. What do you do when it's cold, but you still want to go for a walk or run?
