K, wedding preparation sounds like a very fun form of exercise!
I ended up eating out more than I expected last week but I did get in a trainer session and three boot camp classes, so that's not too bad. And yesterday I did all my errands on foot rather than take the car, for a total of maybe two miles. One of the errands was to pick up the CSA box, and I came home and made a very successful root vegetable soup. I plan to take some to work for breakfast every day this week. And this morning I made cauliflower pancakes (mashed steamed cauliflower, an egg, a little flour, a little cheese, and some cumin and cayenne pepper, all pan-fried in olive oil) for breakfast. They were delish.
This week's plan: Four boot camp classes, eat the veggies from the box, walk instead of drive as much as possible.
