Hi everyone! How was your week?
Some of my DF's family came up for a visit, so while I've still been getting some of my exercise in, I haven't been able to keep doing part of it. And we've made some... less than healthy choices. They'll be heading home tomorrow, so I can try to hit it hard until next weekend. Which happens to be the weekend both of our parents will be in town. Other than that, it's been pretty good. I'm getting much better with controlling my stress levels, which is helping keep the migraines and headaches at bay. Now if the sill weather would just cooperate with me.
