Hi everyone! How was your week?

I really thought I had a handle on managing my stress, but I learned this past week that i still have a lot to learn. Between work not going well (a computer issue, not us) and trying to start nailing down a few minor wedding details, like venue and date, it was a little rough. My goal this week is to find a new relaxing mediation or something like that. Other than that, things are going well. I'm getting better with eating less junk at work! Yay! My goals for this week are the mediation and getting more walking in not that weather is much better.
