Hi everyone. Sorry I'm a bit late posting.
How was your week?
I'm proud to say that my willpower over delicious baked goodies/candy is improving! I did have 2 chocolate turtles today, but all last week I prevailed. And the rest of this week I will try to do better as well. The exercise is still going pretty well.
I hope this isn't too personal of a question, but I've been working on adding more fruits and veggies to my diet and I've noticed something. I've felt like I have a little bit of extra bloat going on. It's not painful or anything like that. It's just enough that only I notice it. Has anyone noticed that when doing the same? What did you do it to help get rid of it?
