Everyone is doing so well, you keep me inspired!

I've been doing once/week body weight/resistance workouts for 3 months now, but I kind of feel like I have plateaued. I decided to up my game and go for 3x/week, mostly because I found a couple great trainers who have classes I really enjoy.

It helps that the sunlight is coming back here in the N. Hemisphere and I am feeling a little more chipper.
