Hi everyone. How was your week?
I'm pretty proud of myself this week. Even though we were stuck at home for a pretty good chunk of the week, DF and didn't resort to eating junk food and watching TV all day. We got out and walked a but in the snow/ice (yay!) and didn't let the snow days keep us from eating healthy.
My goal for this week it to continue adding more raw veggies to my diet. I took everyone's advice (thanks again!) and I haven't been bloating. I consider that a win.
