This is my first week joining in on this thread in a long time. I weighed myself this morning and am hoping to lose 4 - 5 pounds in the 4 weeks before I leave for vacation. I just did a short weight workout. I did incline DB bench press (3 sets), pulldowns, leg extensions, shoulder press, and deadlifts. I was surprised at how quickly it goes when lifting alone. I think I finished in just over 20 minutes.
I ate shrimp for lunch and took out salmon for supper. I am going to shoot for 1200-1400 calories a day with lots of fruits & veggies and lean protein.
I have a goal. I just have to be very careful since this is THE hardest time of year to watch what you eat.
Thanks for starting the thread this morning Laurinda. You motivated me to move. I will try to put in 30 minutes on the treadmill walking 4 mph on an incline this afternoon.
