Hi everyone! How was your week?

This week didn't go so great. I didn't exercise like I planned because of work stress. Which I realize now is silly because exercise can help reduce stress. But, live and learn I guess.

My goal is to follow the back on pointe workout and to walk at least 30 min every day. The good news is that I think my eating habits are improving.
