Work was super stressful, but I got to all my workouts and it was a great week for swimming, running, and cycling (spin). Survived my time with the personal trainer after a 2 month break. I thought he would review the weight routine (which I was doing fairly regularly!) but no...all new stuff!
Tried something I saw Jamie Oliver do on TV. Half a head of cauliflower broken onto florets. Rinse, then whazz up in the food processor till it looks like rice. Microwave in a glass pie plate for 7 minutes.
JO served it under a curry. I served mine with lamb shanks simmered 3 hrs in raisins, marmalade and Guiness!, and broccoli on the side. DH thought it was cous cous!
Since we all did hard workouts today, and there were no carbs in dinner, I put out a desert plate.
Do PB balls count as protein?
