Hi everyone! I hope you've had a great week and a wonderful holiday!
I'm feeling fairly proud of myself this week. I've been able to watch what I'm eating and cut back on the desserts. Still wasn't always eating the healthiest (I do love my momma's fried chicken), but I managaed to get a lot of walking in, so there is that,
My goals for this week is to continue on course. The big one for me is not to beat myself up over missing a day. I think having goal, like fitting into my funky wedding dress bra more comfortably for the big day, is going to be my big one moving forward. That and working out so I can have more energy the day.
What are your goals for next week? And if you have a New Year's resolution, please share it. One thing I love about this site (in particular the people on this thread) is how we motivate each other to keep going.
