Started two new exercises in physio the Friday before last and they are going okay. Still doing every second day but may add one of them to daily instead, will see how things go. The plan is in a sort of flux with all the holiday shopping and outings.
My husband and son browbeat me into doing them one night when I was exhausted and one of them made my back feel so much better, a real aha moment for me.
Sounds like you ladies are doing really well and have a plan in place.
Have been trying to do dinner prep throughout the day so it's not as hard on my back and roasting the meat so no standing at the stove doing a stir-fry or pasta sauce at the last minute and it seems to be going well. I'm losing the nutrition peeling the potatoes early and leaving them soaking in water but I'm not going to worry about that throughout the holiday period.
