Hi everyone,

How was last week for you?

i'm actually pretty proud of myself. DF and I went to a couple of holiday parties at the end of the week and we both watched what we ate. I may have missed a few awesome treats, but it was worth it not to feel overly full and wondering how many calories I ate.

This week my goal is to try to dedicate time everyday to working out. This week was a little weird because it's the holidays, but hopefully it will wind down after Wednesday.
