I can't believe it's December! I had a bust of a week. Caught a cold and everything went by the wayside. My last run was Sunday a week ago. I felt good enough to actually leave the house and walk to the store yesterday after a week on the couch. And I finally tried push ups yesterday, doing a measly 5 ha.
I did keep up with my 14 hr overnight fasting window and am happy to say I'm staying consistently under 120. Seems to be working for me. We went out for Thanksgiving, so no leftovers to tempt us and no overload of food in general. Mostly a normal week, food wise.
This week I want to get back to my running and push ups schedule every 3rd day. Still not well, so I will be easing back into it starting with some push ups today.
