Hi everyone! How was your week?

I'm very proud of myself this week. I've been practicing meditation (both mindfulness and breathing techniques) and I feel like it's starting to really work. When I started, it felt like I'd have to do it at least 20-25 times to start feeling it and now I only need to do it a few times before I start feeling relief. I feel like I've been much calmer and I'm almost able to not focus on my constant headaches and migraines so much. It's like I acknowledge that it's there and I'm learning how to focus past it. I'm still looking forward to starting my botox (stupid insurance delay is making u reschedule), but I'm staying optimistic.

I'm going to keep focusing on eating healthy. I'm suppose to graduate this semester and I don't want to fall into the trap I did last year during my prelims where I let myself eat whatever I wanted because I was stressed. Ig the weather stays nice, I'm going to start walking everyday.
