I can't believe it's already April. It seems like this year is flying by!
How was last week?
Mine was pretty good. I'm finally getting into the swing of things at work, so I'm not feeling quite as tired as I have been. Which means I still have energy to exercise! I didn't do as much yoga as I had hoped, but that's ok. It's been easier that this job to say no to yummy goodies people bring in because the kitchen's across the building for me. I know I still need to work on my willpower when it comes to delicious, sugary things, but I like having an extra barrier instead of next door. I am pretty proud of my eating habits otherwise. I've realized I don't crave Cokes anymore, unless I have an upset stomach. An I'm finding myself going towards more fruits and veggies when I'm hungry instead of chips.
My goal for this week are to give it a go with yoga again. I remember someone mentioned a web video set by a lady named Jessica something. Does anyone remember the rest of her name or her site?
