Hi everyone! How was last week?

Mine went pretty well. I'm not feeling quite as blah as I was and I was able to get 4 workouts in. And I'm super excited that i found a workout that's suppose to help strengthen ankles. It's geared towards runners, but considering how my ankles like to roll when I walk (or sprint), I think it will help me.

My goals for this week are to add a few of the ankle exercises to my normal routine. I also have not been as good about trying to stay calm as I would like to, so it's back to working on my anxiety with mediation.
