How is everyone doing? I'm hanging in there, getting back to my strength of 4 weeks ago. How quickly it dissipates!
I'm also getting involved with a time-consuming project. It is all good, but my wardrobe may be moving to Carhartt gear, and steel-toed Red Wing work boots (in a shade to bookend my hair color of course ;-).
That said, it may be time to pass the baton for starting Alicat's weekly "Healthy Habits" post. Would any dedicated YLFers care to step in? It is pretty simple, just start a post in Off Topic sometime on Sundays.
