Happy Easter! How was your week? What do you have planned for this week?
I did pretty well jumping into my triathlon training. Except for the swimming. The pool hours and I were not gybing. I only got in 1 swim. Hope to swim today in the river if the weather cooperates.
This week I plan to bike, swim and run twice each, as is on the plan for the next coming months. Rinse, repeat lol. Oh, and weights on Sundays.
I'm .1 lb below my goal weight range for the last 3 days, so that's nice. Bodyfat % staying down. Yippee.
Wine has been good, not great. Still not having completely wine free days like I'd like, but having much less when I do.
Oh, and I got almost 3 chin ups in at 20lb counterbalance assist last Sunday. Wondering if I can dare 15lb today.
