Hi everyone! How was your past week?

Mine went pretty well. I finally found the stairs at work (I was nervous to try them because I thought they were for fire escapes only). I'm glad I have another way to burn a few calories at work. It's 5 flights to my floor and it's nice to get the heart rate up.

My goals for this week are to mediate on a regular basis, keep up my walking and daily exercises, and to keep eating healthy.
