I did pretty well counting calories and I want to continue that. I want to start walking in the park every day.
Had a "not the best" week last week. I had a sneezing attack last Sunday that brought back the ab pains, so I had to go back on Advil. I hope to get off of it. I have an appointment with a physiatrist since this ab strain doesn't get better. I'm better a few days and then it's worse again. Unfortunately I couldn't get an appointment before mid-September, so I'll keep working on it on my own.
Good posture both sitting and standing does help, so I am going to continue to focus on posture.
