Hi everyone. Just checking in with everyone to see where they are in keeping up with they healthy and fit lifestyle.

I did not weight in for fear that I gained a few pounds this week. I was in one of those moods where I could not stop eating, especially carbs. I'm a bread-a-holic, plus starchy foods like rices and cereals. I need to break away from this habit. The good news is that I did keep up with my exercise routine but still ate more than I should have.

Here's my exercise routine for the following week: Hopefully I'll keep up with it.

Sat: Run 4-5 miles / Weigh in
Sun: Break
Mon: bike to work, HIIT class
Tue: Run 4-5 miles, bike to work
Wed: Bike to work, HIIT class
Thu: Run 4-5 miles, LEAVE FOR NYC
Fri: Walking and shopping
Sat: Meeting up with friends in NYC
Sun: NYC Century bike tour - doing the 55 mile ride
