Good morning! I did pretty well last week. Got 3 runs, a bike ride, and a nice long walk. Assorted random push ups and yoga stretches, but not quite a workout. Still need to get that strength training in the mix.
I did fairly well with food, if a little too much wine on one day, and succeeded in getting and staying under 120 finally. Barely (119.9 the last 3 days lol) but it counts!
Next week is a 5K on Saturday, so I'm only running twice. My ankle I sprained a few years back gets aggravated if I don't give it enough rest. Hoping to just maintain the sub 120 weight for the week, before I look to start shaving off another pound or two by New Year's.
As always, hope to add in the weight training.
(going to play tennis in a bit - first time this year!)
