June was surprisingly filled with more physical activity than anticipated. Finishing off the last week of the month:
*slightly reducing my squat volume, but still working up to 205lb
*alternating long cardio sessions with active rest days to give my knees and back a break
*adding in some pull-downs to help with lower back pain
I took one day off entirely to enjoy our wedding anniversary, and unexpectedly gave birth the following day.
Needless to say, my only July goal at the moment is to sleep and walk—the former, where possible, and the latter, beginning around the middle of the month.
