Well......what didn't I eat this past week ? Cheesecake.
I had a couple of great excercise sessions though I think that I over did it and was wiped out for a couple of days. I am not sure how to figure out what is too much. I will talk to the trainer about it.
I did not eat well. I was craving sugar like crazy. I ate some donuts. YUP. Help me. I felt a bit like Christieanne in that I was out allot. I don't know how she does it. One crazy day, I did swing by a supermarket and picked up carrots and sliced fruit and that was lunch. I will skip telling you about the two donuts ( at the same time ) I had 3 days later. I am not weighing myself..but my body doesn't look any different to me. Maybe it was those secret doughnuts. UGH ! ( Coincidentally, Livestrong had a nutritionist come talk to us about sugar....and I misunderstood that we should avoid it, not eat it by the dozens. )
