We're at the tail end of May - time for a final check-in before June hits. How did things go last week? How do you think the warmer weather and the longer days (if you're in the Northern Hemisphere) are affecting you - is it make things easier or harder?

I had a good week, exercise and food were both on track. In the last week warm weather really hit Boston. For me personally, exercising in the heat and humidity feels very challenging. Hopefully I will adapt. I'm continuing slow, steady progress overall.
