I want to know HOW when I've run 10 miles on Sunday, (thinking of training for my first half marathon) and then ate less than 1500 calories daily the scale can go *up* 3 pounds over the weekend??

Any ideas ladies?? Is my scale screwy? LOL (That's what I think of it in the morning when it said that!) I'm trying to *drop* that last 5-8 pounds, not gain more! LOL
Anyway, eating has been pretty good, I journal what I eat daily, and my exercise has been bang on. I do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, along with my very long run on Sundays (about 2 hours to do 10 miles)
Need to start drinking more water though, and be better hydrated all around. Coffee and diet coke alone won't do it...
