Welcome to the last week of April, challengers. We're almost 4 months into the challenge! How are things going?

I'm sad to say that I didn't check in last week, or even read last week's thread after I started it. (Sorry about that! And I'm off to go back to last week's thread and read what everyone wrote.) Life has been pretty crazy - I've been traveling for work 10 days out of the last 2 weeks, and I just got back from a job interview. With all the travel I've kept up with exercise really well but my eating has been all over the place - lots of sweets, stress eating, the whole 9 yards. So this week my goal is to get back on my eating plan.
