Another Monday - time to check in on the healthy habits challenge. How are things going?

I apologize that I haven't been around much in the last week. I had another job interview and visited a different university to give a seminar. Crazy. Things have been going pretty well, though. I took one day off from working out this week because I was feeling really tired and run down. I stuck with my eating plan even while traveling, which felt good. Overall I did crossfit twice, yoga twice, and went for a nice long hike yesterday. I also saw the scale drop a couple pounds after a couple weeks of not much movement - that was nice.
