It's now been 4 weeks since our challenge started! How is it going? What do you think about the changes you've made so far?

I'd also like to discuss good ways to reward ourselves for following through with making changes. I'm all about positive reinforcement - it really helps to recognize what you've done. I'm trying to move away from thinking that a reward has to be something sweet to eat. What are your creative ideas for good rewards?

This week was pretty good for me exercise-wise - I did crossfit twice and yoga 3 times, plus more walking than usual. I also decided to experiment with a boring meal plan, because I've been super stressed and busy and spending time planning meals, shopping, and cooking has been seeming like too much. So I planned out a day's worth of meals that I like, then ate that plan 4 days in a row. This might sound ridiculous (and I'm sure I'd get sick of it eventually) but it was actually pretty relaxing not to have to think about it.
