It's been one week! Time to check in again. How did things go last week? Were you able to meet your goals for the week? Do you want to do anything differently this week?
Last week I achieved my one modest goal, which was to go to the climbing gym. I was a bit demoralized because my weight jumped up, but I'm doing my best to ignore that and assume it's just a fluctuation. This week I'm traveling, so my goal is just to stick with my eating plan and get exercise during the trip. I'm at a conference in Montana with Mr. Medusa and we're going cross country skiing during the breaks in the conference, so the exercise part will be easy!
