I will admit to falling pretty hard off the wagon the end of last week. I no longer have a car, and so I can't get to the pool for laps and it's way too hot to run lately. That leaves me with indoor workouts at home, of which I'm pretty bad at fitting in.
I also decided against the triathlon (it happened Sat) and so I don't have a training schedule to keep me on my toes. My motivation is lacking basically.
So, my new motivation is to have my fall jeans fit with some comfortable breathing room, rather than barely zipping up as they do now.
I have been quite successful at making pushups a habit right before bedtime these last few months, so perhaps it's time to add crunches to that.

How is everyone else doing? Have workouts slipped by the wayside with vacations and family outings, etc? Or do you have a committed routine you stick with no matter what?
