I had to cut out a few workouts this week because of the weather and errands, though navigating a stroller up and down the stairs of the subway and commuter train system here constitutes a “Bikram” workout in itself.

With a series of holidays coming up, I wanted to make today’s workout count and ended up squatting 185lb, benching 115lb, and deadlifting 245lb. I’ve changed my breathing slightly during lifts and am still adjusting to the new rhythm and body awareness, but overall, I feel strong...except for pull-ups. Those aren’t happening any time
soon.
