The temperature broke last night after a week of heat and humidity. It finally feels like August, even though it’s September.

I missed a few workouts this week because of appointments and the holiday weekend, but I’m slowly regaining strength. Workouts are still 20-30min max, because of LO.

175lb squat feels more steady; rows, pull-downs, and leg presses feel normal; bench is still a work in progress; and deadlifts are challenging as far as breathing, bracing, and lifting my pelvic floor were concerned.
