The past two weeks have been a bit chaotic, as expected, and will continue to be so until the end of the month. It has made working out a bit challenging, and I'm no longer able to continue the routine that I had started a few weeks ago. Since my gym frequency has decreased for the time being, I've added an exercise or set to the workout, and am more mindful of using challenging weights. Squats are in the 175-195lb range, bench singles are at 115lb, dumbbell rows at 55lb, leg presses at 180lb.
