Busy week for everyone I imagine. I don't see an HH thread, so here I am, not feeling particularly healthy, but nothing serious.
A week ago I woke up with a cough, sore throat and feeling rotten, but I suspect it was allergies because I had spent time outside. A couple of weeks ago the wind changed and blew smoke from the northern California fires to the Bay area. Then we had a couple of fairly close grass fires in our neighborhood and I think the bad air got to me. I understand many people in Washington and Oregon are suffering much worse. The same day I woke up with a stiff, painful lower back. Not sure exactly why, but I suspect I was pushing too hard on my more intense exercising.
Time heals though. I had to take it easy for several days, but wasn't hungry either, so I lost another pound or two.
How do you folks that live closer to the smokey air deal with it? It's going to be a a relief when cooler weather sets in, but fire season doesn't end here until late November.
So this week I will back off and try to stay relaxed.
How are the rest of you doing?
