Peri, the ability of a woman's body to fluctuate in weight is amazing, and for me, especially as I get older. A weird thing that has happened to me in the last few weeks is that I am not doing well on keeping the food diary, and am sure I'm taking in too many calories, but I've lost. Other times I am very careful and either I don't lose or I gain.
Overall I'm doing pretty well. I'm almost back to where I was before the last trip, and am hoping I can do even better on the next. I'm taking it a bit easier on exercising this week, but I'll get back full swing in coming weeks.
Big challenge coming up: another trip including a wedding. I'm sure there won't be any Cornish pastries again, but for sure there will be delectable piroskis and lots of cake and stuff like that.
