I did ok with exercise. Two stronglifts, sort of. Even in my best of shape, I could never do a 45lb overhead press. So I'm working my way up with dumbells and hoping to get to the barbells. I can do the squat. 1 Krav Maga, 1 trailwalk with dogs, and will do some kind of cardio today.

Food was good. Right now I'm in the all things in moderation camp. I have to be gluten free due to Celiacs, and I'm really reluctant to cut out foods beyond that. I've lost 5 total doing this.

Since we did breakfasts, I thought we could talk about lunches. One of my go to is wraps. Turkey, lettuce, and tomato on gluten free flatbread with a piece of fruit on the side.
