1 bike, 2 swims, 2 yoga, 2 runs. Not sure what I did, but last Sunday night developped a bit of a sore lower back, so needed to back off a bit at the beginning of the week. There is still a bit of minor discomfort, but nothing that can't be worked through.
Food was good and little by way of gastro issues, but I let myself get dehydrated over the course of the week. Rectified that over the weekend with lots of water, and herbal tea in the pm when the evenings got cool.
It is so nice to be out of doors instead of inside a gym! The yoga instructor says next month he is taking the class outside, to a local beach, for the Saturday am class!
