It's winter for many of us.
It's dark.
And cold.
And because it's so tempting to stay curled under the covers,
we should share our healthy habits and seek inspiration from each other.

Due to extensive commuting, I've had trouble keeping to a regular exercise and eating schedule. Yesterday, however, I made it to the gym and benched 10 sets of 3 @110lbs, squatted 6 sets of 2 @175lbs, and watched 30min of TV on the stairclimber. Numbers are much lower than anticipated (slow recovery), so there's still a little while to go before I consider signing up for a competition.

In terms of food, I've lowered my carbs a bit, and have enjoyed concocting low carb recipes (brownies, cupcakes, scones). When I'm alone, baking is cathartic.
