Well, my weight is climbing and the loose pants are now tight, despite tracking. It's frustrating when you feel like you're doing everything right, but your body's shape doesn't align with your comfort zone.
Now for the positives:
A) I put in my four workouts last week, and managed a triple dead-hang pull-up with a 10lb plate strapped around my waist.
B) I'm enjoying this phase of the program, which has me doing 6 sets of 5 reps. The weights are higher, so it's a better gauge of how high volume work influences low volume strength.
C) DH and I went bouldering (indoor) for the first time. It's like rock climbing, but without the harness and there are mats at the bottom in case you fall. Besides requiring strength, agility and foresight, climbing really forces you to be in the moment. It's hard to think about something else when you're clinging to the wall for dear life, trying to figure out your next move.
