We’re now into the third month of the year and spring is, theoretically, around the corner. Did any of you make NY resolutions and if so, how are they holding up?
I just came off of a four-day gym hiatus due to a holiday, as well as social obligations over the weekend. I still haven’t been as consistent as I’d like to be, but was pretty happy with today’s workout: 90min of elliptical, followed by squat triples (135lb, 155lb, 175lb) and Romanian deadlifts (3 sets of 10 @ 155lb). It was extremely difficult to stay awake afterward! I’ll aim for a long walk tomorrow, since my legs will probably be too fatigued for much else.
